  Core 9 and the concept of its fitness offers more then your usual gym. The concept of fitness provides a certain structure that allows you to focus on functional fitness, which helps you feel like your targeting an array of fitness goals. The circuit based training exercises change daily, allowing you to constantly develop a growth and an understanding on gym and fitness if your a beginner, but also provide a challenge for those who are advanced and wanting to push more each day.
  
  The trainers have a genuine concern for peoples health and well-being and they are passionate about what they do and that is seen in how much they invest in each individuals fitness journey. The trainers deliver high quality and highly motivating exercise programs and are very accommodating and adapting to your level, yet encouraging to take on challenges and push past your comfort.
  It generally does feel like you have a personal trainer by your side the entire time.
  
  I personally have never joined a gym before, so the concept of functional fitness is new to me, i am made to feel I am the expert of my fitness journey because of the trainers enthusiasm and motivation towards my fitness journey.
  
  Highly recommend this gym and the trainers !
